We are a 30 seat Cafe located in the downtown area of Kamloops BC and are open Monday thru Friday from 8:00AM to 3:00PM.
Nothing on our menu is priced over $6.95 and we offer a variety of breakfast and lunch items everyday.Some of the items we offer are fresh made Sandwiches, Wraps, 3 Daily Soups, a variety of fresh baked goods and a variety of fresh made Salads everyday. We strive to use only the freshest of ingredients for all the meals we prepare everyday. Everything on our menu is made in house including our own Caesar Dressing and Greek Dressing. My wife (Susan Passek) and I (Harry Passek) prepare all the menu items fresh everyday and also offer a Soup & Sandwich special and Lunch special daily.
I (Harry Passek) have been in the food service industry for 25 years working in large hotels to mid size restaurants thoughout my career. I am a swiss trained chef and completed a 3 year apprenticeship at the Abercorn Inn in Richmond BC. I have also been in the Culinary olympics twice thoughout my career. I have experience in many different styles of cooking including European cuisine, Asian Fusion cuisine and North American cuisine. I have been an Executive Chef for many Hotels and Restaurants for the past 12 years in charge of all aspects of running a kitchen.
My wife Susan has been working in the industry on and off for the past 10 years assisting me with large catering events ranging form preparing a variety of platters to Salads for these events. She also prepares a variety of fantastic baked goods including her own Banana Bread and homemade cookies. Besides all the great items she prepares everyday she also is our bookkeeper. She is a vary inprotant part to the Cafe and without her we would not be able to be successful in our business.
We at the Cafe not only offer a wide range of items on our menu but also offer a full ine of catering from Weddings to small business luncheons and meetings. We ahave a basic catering menu that our clients can choose from but what we like to offer to our clients is to custom design each menu with the client so that they recieve exactly what they are looking to have for there specific function.
Overall our goal is to give our clients the best quality in food & service as we possibly can whether it be joining us for lunch at the Cafe or providing top quality Catering services. We Cater for all occasions and would love to hear from you for your next event you maybe planning.
